His expertise in Off-Plan developments affords potential developers to work with him from inception to completion on development projects. He was also directly involved in the marketing and sales of over R4 billion worth of property at both the iconic Pearls of Umhlanga development, The Oceans Umhlanga development, and various other developments in KZN.
